LOVE EDITION

After a period of silence, I needed to stop, listen, and decide.

And yes… we're coming back a little bit more.

For this Valentine's Day I have prepared a very special edition:

Vanilla cloud filled with raspberry jam and rose water, 70% Belgian chocolate, crunchy toasted almonds and made with TerraMare Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from my farm.

It is a dairy-free edition, fermented with natural sourdough and handcrafted, one by one.

There are only 17 units .

I'll finish them tomorrow and you can reserve yours then.

Each Roscottone will come with a handwritten note and a small wooden heart.
